DisneyVersary

Hey all! My copilot took me on a surprise Disneyland excursion last weekend to celebrate our first year of marriage, so I thought I'd share some pics here. It was a sweaty, exhausting, magical, wonderful, nostalgic weekend with so many unexpected (fortuitous) things. We stumbled on some great food, great shows, and had a blast reminiscing about that far-off place called America. Take a look!

Would you believe the tour guides on the Japanese Jungle Cruise make the same puns as they do stateside? Leave it to Disney to make trans-lingual puns.

The most magical!

Toon Town was one of my favorites!

So many peeeeeople.

The Disney Resort! Someday...

Inside the lobby

We found an incredible Mexican restaurant in Tokyo...maybe the first time to eat real salsa all year?!

Ohhh fajitas!

DisneySea! Atlantis!

Waitin' in line for Storm Riders.

We ate lunch at 10:30 so we could enjoy this.

It was a New York style deli!

Ladies and gentlemen, the Tower of Terror.

Little Green Dumplings. You know.

This guy was soooo popular.

Goofy lookin' good.

A gondola ride through Venice, with our trusty gondolier.

Don't be fooled--it was closed for maintenance. Bleh.

Daniel asked if I wanted to take a picture with Eric. I did, but I lost my gumption and ran away.
